1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Last Byte Group FZE LLC (hereinafter "Provider") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer"). Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Services of the Provider

The provider provides services in the field of web development, online marketing, SEO, social media management, and related digital services. The specific services are agreed upon individually with the customer.

3. Contract Conclusion

A contract between the provider and the customer is concluded by a written or electronic confirmation of the offer by the customer.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

4.1

Prices are determined by the respective offer or the provider's price list.

4.2

Payments are due within 14 days after invoicing without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.

4.3

In case of late payment, the provider is entitled to charge default interest at a rate of 5% above the base interest rate.

5. Obligations of the Customer

5.1

The customer provides all necessary content, information, and access in a timely manner.

5.2

The customer ensures that provided content does not violate third-party rights.

6. Liability and Warranty

6.1

The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence.

6.2

The provider assumes no liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

7. Contract Duration and Termination

7.1

Contracts are concluded either as individual services or for an indefinite period.

7.2

Termination requires written form and is possible with a notice period of 30 days to the end of the month.

8. Data Protection

The provider processes personal data only within the framework of applicable data protection laws. Details on this are regulated in the privacy policy.

9. Final Provisions

9.1

The laws of the United Arab Emirates apply.

9.2

The place of jurisdiction is, insofar as legally permissible, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

9.3

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
